Treatment Offered

Knee Pain & Problems

Knee pain can result from injuries, overuse, or degenerative conditions. Common issues include ligament injuries (like ACL tears), meniscus tears, arthritis, and patellar dislocation. Treatment ranges from rest, physiotherapy, and medication to arthroscopic or joint replacement surgery in severe cases.

Hip Pain & Problems

Hip pain may stem from arthritis, bursitis, labral tears, or fractures. It can affect mobility and quality of life. Management includes pain relief medications, physiotherapy, and in advanced cases, hip replacement surgery.

Elbow Pain & Problems

Conditions like tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, bursitis, and fractures can lead to elbow pain. Treatments range from rest, splinting, and physical therapy to steroid injections or minimally invasive surgery for persistent issues.

Foot Pain & Problems

Foot pain may arise from plantar fasciitis, bunions, flat feet, or fractures. Accurate diagnosis is key. Custom orthotics, physiotherapy, footwear modification, and surgery can help depending on severity.

Hand Pain & Problems

Arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and fractures can cause hand pain. Treatment includes bracing, anti-inflammatory medications, corticosteroid injections, or surgical release procedures when necessary.

Neck Pain & Problems

Neck pain may result from muscle strain, cervical spondylosis, disc herniation, or injury. Management involves posture correction, medications, physiotherapy, and occasionally spinal injections or surgery.

Shoulder Pain & Problems

Shoulder issues like rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, dislocations, and arthritis can severely impact daily activities. Treatment may include rest, anti-inflammatory medications, physiotherapy, or arthroscopic surgery.

Osteoarthritis

This is the most common type of arthritis caused by wear and tear of joint cartilage, especially in knees, hips, and hands. Symptoms include joint pain, stiffness, and limited motion. Treatment includes lifestyle changes, physiotherapy, joint injections, and joint replacement surgery.

Osteoporosis

A condition where bones become brittle and fragile due to loss of bone mass. It increases the risk of fractures, especially in the hip, spine, and wrist. Calcium/vitamin D supplements, exercise, and bone-strengthening medications help prevent fractures.

Soft Tissue Injuries

These include sprains, strains, and ligament/tendon injuries. Common causes are sports injuries, accidents, or overuse. R.I.C.E. therapy (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), physical therapy, and sometimes surgery are used based on severity.

Hip Fracture

Common in elderly individuals due to falls and osteoporosis. It requires urgent medical attention. Surgical repair or hip replacement followed by rehabilitation helps restore mobility.

Fibromyalgia

A chronic condition marked by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and mood issues. Treatment includes medications, stress management, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes for symptom relief.

ACL Injury

An ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) injury usually occurs during sports. Symptoms include knee instability and pain. Treatment may involve bracing and rehab for minor tears, or reconstructive surgery for complete tears, followed by physiotherapy.
